BREAKING: Perjuring Priest Bob Malm Sued for More Than $375,000 in Fairfax Circuit Court

Moments ago, I filed suit for abuse of process and the intentional infliction of emotional distress in the Fairfax County Circuit Court against perjuring priest Bob Malm. Damages requested exceed $375,000.

A copy of the filing, case number  2020 06840, is available in PDF here.

Regrettably, this course of action became necessary after the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia repeatedly refused my request to mediate the dispute on the grounds that it is “not of weighty and material importance to the ministry of the church.”

As I have said many times, the fact that The Episcopal Church says perjury is acceptable conduct for clergy unless they face criminal charges tells you all you need to know about the denomination and its ethical worldview.
