Hello, my name is Chris, and this is the story of my recent restraining order nightmare, that happened in Hillsborough County, Florida .
I do not wish to get in any more legal jeopardy then my ex girlfriend has already caused me!
Perhaps I will simply "white out" my ex girlfriends last name to protect her right to privacy, and protect me from possible cyber stalking or harassment charges, or any other possible violations of my Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order ?
I strongly feel my restraining order blog does serve a useful and legitimate purpose of informing Taxpayers what kind of conduct the Criminal Justice System in this Florida County is engaging in, thus it is not intentionally violating any laws I know about.
I was told by a hillsborough county criminal defense attorney that presenting and telling the truth is an absolute Bar to Slander ?
However, after what happened to me recently in Court, I no longer trust certain people employed at the Hillsborough County State Attorneys Office.
Though my Blog, and my friends at the Brandon Chamber Of Commerce, are active supporters of Hillsborough County Assistant State Attorney Pam Bondi for Florida Attorney General.
I have been vocally critical of Hillsborough County Florida Assistant State Attorney Valeria Pretto for what I feel was a Malicious Prosecution of me.
Look below where she ADMITS in Court she knew my Ex Girlfriend was in almost daily contact with me, throughout this recent restraining order ?
In fairness to the Hillsborough County Victims Assistance Program, please watch this video ?
Perhaps my bad experiences with the victims assistance program was an isolated one ?
I do feel that Valeria Pretto is an excellent attorney, though I was on the "other side" of her, and I wrote a favorable review on AVOO about her skills as a Lawyer.
He intimidated me by his statement in court "You had better HOPE that you do not convicted of violating a restraining order if this case goes to a jury trial, or you are going to FEEL me".
Judge Manuel Lopez did act to protect me. after I was forced to plead guilty to avoid financial ruin.
He made the restraining order TWO Way, and finally made it a crime for my ex girlfriend to contact ME !
Perhaps, when Judge Lopez blurted out the above statement in court, he thought I really was "bothering" my ex girlfriend, and was completely unaware of all the contact she had with me?
In all my visits to Judge Lopez courtroom, he was extremely overworked.
Maybe he thought I was a "bad guy", and was just acting to "protect" someone ?
I strongly feel there is MUCH more to this Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order Violation Case then "meets the eye".
My ex girlfriend worked at the Hillsborough County Jail before she was terminated.
Perhaps she used her "old friends" at the Hillsborough County Jail to make sure I got railroaded ?
Another possibility is this - She attended Brandon High School, even told me she went on "double dates" with Hillsborough County Florida Sheriff David Gee !
No WAY do I believe Hillsborough County Florida Sheriff David Gee had ANY part of this, or Hillsborough County Florida States Attorney Mark Ober either !!
IMHO, and from what I have been told by my friends at the Brandon Chamber Of Commerce, these are honorable, dedicated Men.
My Ex Girlfriend did attend High School with a good friend who is currently a Hillsborough County Florida Sheriffs Office Detective !
This old friend of hers used to date her good friend in High School.
My Ex Girlfriend told me, and several others, that this Hillsborough County Detective was still having an affair with her good friend, even though BOTH the Detective, and her good friend, are Married, to other people!
In fact, my ex girlfriend told me, and Anthony Creelman, her daughters ex boyfriend, that this Hillsborough County Detective has used her to rent Motel Rooms in HER name for him and his Lover, to cover up their Illicit Affair !
Perhaps I should have went to Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office Internal Affairs Division Investigators when she told me that this Detective friend of hers attempted to have sex with HER ?
I will furnish her name to the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office Internal Affairs Investigators, as well as several other peoples names she may have told about conduct by this Detective unbecoming to the Sheriffs Office.
Perhaps this Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office Detective used his influence at the Hillsborough County States Attorneys Office, and /or with his fellow officers to help my ex girlfriend, his old friend and co conspirator, put me away ?
I will be going to the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office Internal Affairs Investigators ASAP to make sure none of the above has happened.
Thank GOD I have some friends in the Hillsborough County Florida News Media "watching over me".(Update, I contacted The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Department Internal Affairs Division recently. I was told that cheating on your wife is not an Internal Affairs matter. I did not mention this Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office Detectives name to the woman in Internal Affairs I spoke with, since it is not a HCSO Internal AFFAIRS MATTER).
Because I won the Brandon Chamber Of Commerce Business Of The Year Award in 2002, I too have friends in "high places".
These friends are quite frankly puzzled by the conduct of the Hillsborough County Florida States Attorneys Office in my case.
I have a good name in the community that I live in, and do lots of volunteer roof cleaning work, as well as exterior cleaning jobs for charity.
Here I am, broom in hand, with a few members of The 1500 member Brandon Singles Group I am President of, and Co Founded.
Here is a letter of appreciation from The Emergency Care Help Organization (ECHO) for the volunteer exterior cleaning of their building my members and I performed.
Because of what I feel was a grave injustice done to me in Hillsborough County Florida, and thinking there might be others victimized by the unfair and often one sided Domestic Violence Laws, I created this Restraining Order Blog.
Before I made this restraining order blog, I asked for free legal advice on a forum frequented by criminal defense attorneys.
I was advised that TRUTH is an absolute bar to Libel and Slander.
It is not my intention to slander, harass, or institute any third party contact with my ex girlfriend in any way.
I have forgiven her, moved on, and I pray for her often.
It is a fact of life in 2009 that most anyone you meet for a romantic relationship in Hillsborough County Florida will "check you out" first.
I simply got tired of new, prospective romantic partners going to the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Website and seeing ONLY one side of the story.
I also got tired of my competitors using the hillsborough county sheriffs website as a "tool" to portray me as a "violent criminal and " a stalker", to steal customers from my roof cleaning business.
My 6 year relationship, and all the Hillsborough County Florida restraining order "violations and allegations" with her are so complicated and involved I simply got tired of talking about them.
And, w/o all the truthful evidence that I am not sure yet I can post here, the hillsborough county florida sheriffs website makes me LOOK bad!
So here, all in one place, is my side of the Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order Violation story, presented truthfully, so you can make up your OWN mind, in case you were curious ?
I wanted to present pictures taken of her and I together that are chronogically correct, that will show neither one of us paid attention to restraining orders she obtained in the past.(I do not feel comfortable, at this time, posting the evidence I have in my posession)
These pictures would not intended to cause any contact with her, harass her, or violate her right to privacy in any way.
They would however show that she was romantically involved with me through several restraining orders!
I am only attempting to show by presenting the truth, that all the "restraining order violations" I was accused of by her, and pled guilty to, could not be "as bad as it seems".
Or she would not have been with me after each and every one of them, now would she ?
Unfortunately, because of all the legal trouble I got into by allowing her to deceive me into violating the last restraining order, I don't feel comfortable posting them.

ALL these untrue criminal charges were dropped by the states attorneys office.
Yet, the Hillsborough County Florida arrest record still remains, making me look like a violent criminal!
You would think after all the above bullshit, I would have got out of this bad relationship ?
But I really loved her.
And IF these awful Hillsborough County Florida criminal charges were really true, don't you think SHE would have gotten out of the relationship with me long ago as well ?

Now, if all these violations of a hillsborough county restraining order happened like the HCSO Website says, don't you think she would have been done with me ??
She even told me, and several other witnesses "Chris, I got you into all this trouble, and I am going to get you out of it too"!
Stupid me, I reallly believed her!
She even went so far as to file a petition with the Hillsborough County Florida Court, to "show me" she intended to drop the restraining order, and showed it to me as "proof" she was sincere.
So, in Love with her, and being the trusting, forgiving person I am, I took her back, and we continued what I THOUGHT was a relationship, in spite of the active Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order.
She told me and several other witnesses, the restraining order was "just a piece of paper", and she was "truly sorry for what she had done to me".
For awhile, she showed me she intended to "make it right"
I will produce written statements she wrote in her own handwriting exonerating me, asking for the charges to be dropped, and admitting to her many Mental Conditions, as well as the many medications she is on, in front of several witnesses when she stayed at my home during this last Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order.
These handwritten statements are to her Hillsborough County Victims Assistantance Advocate, my attorney, and the Hillsborough County States Attorney assigned to her case.
Thinking she was sincere, and truly sorry for what she had done to me, I took her back
Yes, in retrospect, it was truly a stupid thing to do on my part.
But,, remember, I Loved this Woman.
And, to add icing to the cake, I witnessed her slice her forearms up with a Razor Blade before !
She LIED about this in court too!
Read this court transcript from a previous fraudulently obtained restraining order case that Judge Palomino threw out of court.
I made her admit in court she cuts her self up, but she TRIED to Lie here too!
I will be seeking several Felony Perjury Charges for the Lies she told about me.
At least once, when I attempted to get out of this bad relationship, she called me, and threatened Suicide!
She has been Baker Acted several times, in the past, for Suicide atttempts!
In fact, she was just Baker Acted to 3 Mental Hospitals in the past 2 years, and for Suicidal Threats too!
Here is what she willingly and voluntarily wrote out while at my home during the fradulently obtained restraining order that got me into all this nonesense!
This is a letter she voluntarily wrote, and hand delivered by herself to Ellis Faught, my criminal defense attorney, at his office.(I do not feel comfortable, at this time, posting the evidence I have in my posession)
She "testified" in court she was "scared" of me, and that is why she wrote this, LOL
Yeah, right, if she was "so scared" why did she not simply call the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Deputys, or Flee from my house?
So now we come to the final chapter in my restraining order nightmare !

This last one put me in the Hillsborough County Jail for almost 90 days, with a 200,000.00 Bond, facing 15 years in Prison!
Basically, for telephone calls, normal in any relationship, and for thinking she was depressed, and driving over to the apartment I just moved her into, to make sure she was ok ?
In all fairness to her, we had a verbal argument a few days before, and she did tell me she was "done with me".
But we had a LONG history of breaking up, and going back again.
I guess you could call it a Love/Hate Relationship ?
She broke her leg the day before all this, and was on a lot of Pain medication.
I Thought she was just depressed because of the Pain meds interacting with her many Psych Meds, and possibly even Suicidal, ?
Remember, I had just moved her into her new apartment the day before ?
And in so doing what I did next out of Love and concern, I made a fatal mistake!
I first stopped at the store to get her a Snickers Bar, since she also has Aneroxia, and I was concerned she may not be eating either ?
I drove right into a TRAP!
Her, and a new guy/neighbor she had just met, were sitting outside her apartment.
Still thinking she might be depressed/suicidal, I got out of my Truck in a non threatening way to assure myself she was ok, and she immediately called the Police.
I told her I would leave immediatly, that she had me in enough trouble already with all the pending cases, but she persisted in calling the Hillsborough County Sheriff Deputys !
The new guy/neighbor sitting there actually had a Hammer in his hand!
He bolted when he saw me, and got on the phone himself.
Once I realized that my Girlfriend of 6 years was going to persist in calling the Police, and realizing it is a Crime in Hillsborough County Florida to "interfere with a witness", I walked over to this new guy/neighbor and asked him WHY he had a hammer in his hand ?
Suddenly, his Mother came out of her neighboring apartment apartment (they live there together] screaming" "Your Girlfriend is Terrified of you" LOL
I then said "If she is so "scared of me", then why did you see me move her into her new apartment" ?
I think the woman said something like " Your girlfriend has been trying to get away from you for years" or something to that effect ?
I said " IF she is so "scared" of me, then why would she alllow me to move her and to know where she lived" ??

I am the one who found, and moved her into her new apartment!

My ex girlfriend is quite adept at attracting sympathy from others.
I have witnessed this before many times, and realized these new people had been "sucked in" to her sympathy games.
She has "playing the victim" down to a science!
Realizing I had been "bad mouthed" very convincingly to these new friends of hers, I left.
In retrospect, I believe she had been "Coached" to get me to violate the restraining order enough so the Hillsborough County Florida State Attorneys Office could upgrade my charges to a Felony!
Under the MISTAKEN belief that she was also violating the restraining order, or in the worst case that the charges would all be dropped, since I could prove she stayed at my house, worked for me, made my bank deposits, went to concerts/restaurants/work/, etc, etc, etc with me, I felt SAFE.
I even loaned her 5,000.00, moved her into a new apartment, paid the movers, and a neighbor to pack her!
Many people saw us together, and were willing to testify to that effect.
My ex girlfriend was badly burned, as a child, and has no eyebrows.
'I even fixed her face for her during the Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order, by finding a permanent make up teacher, willing to use her face as an example of his work!
She was supposed to write the permanent makeup teacher a thank you testimonal for his free work, but none appears on his website ?
She was treated like a princess by me, not to "get out of trouble" but out of the goodness of my heart, and my misguided Love for her.
First of all, I really did not think ANY "criminal justice system" in Hillsborough County Florida would prosecute me for violating a restraining order, after all the consensual contact we had together !!!
How wrong I was !
Because my Bond was set at 200,000.00, I could not possibly get out of Hillsborough County Jail to fight the charges in Court.
Nor could I afford the attorney fees either!
My roof cleaning business was failing, and I faced financial ruin.
In desperation, I had my attorney schedule a Bond Hearing.
My ex girlfriend actually called my Son while I was in Jail, and told him she wanted to help me!
My Son had her call my attorney.
The Hillsborough County Florida Circuit Court Judge ordered her to appear, and she finally showed up, and said she was "scared to death" of me!!!
Attempting to show the Hillsborough County Judge she was lying about her "fears", we introduced evidence of over 100 phone calls made from her phone to me, during this restraining order!
Here are my Alltell Cell Phone Records from my cell number 813 292 1733 showing 354 minutes worth of calls for one month to me from her OLD cell phone number @@@ @@@ @@@@ .(I do not feel comfortable, at this time, posting the evidence I have in my posession)
My attorney asked her under oath "Did you receive a 5,000.00 check from Chris during this restraining order" and she LIED under oath about it in Court!
I have ordered the transcripts from the court reporters, and I will be asking for Hillsborough County Florida Perjury Charges to be brought against her.
The original check was written out, BY her, in her own handwriting.
But, because she is on Social Security Disability, I was concerned it might mess her Social Security Disability Benefits up ?
So, we destroyed that check, and a second check for 4,900.00 was made out, thinking that since it was under 5,000.00 she would not have to report it to Social Security ?
Her handwriting and fingerprints are on both of the checks, and there is "no way out" for her.
She cold blooded lied under oath, intentionally and willfully, to KEEP me in Jail !
This is NOT the only thing she has lied about either.
To GET this Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order in the first place, she intentionally LIED, and misrepresented facts!
She refutes the statements made to obtain the restraining order I violated, in several statements she wrote out, in front of several witnesses, in her own handwriting. while she was living with me!When asked about these statements in court, she said she only wrote them out, because she was "scared of me" LOL
I never got the opportunity in Hillsborough County Florida Circuit Court to prove the statements were written at my HOUSE, with witnesses present.
Now, IF she was so "scared of me", what was she doing at my house anyway ?
IMHO, just her being there with me, during a restraining order, is proof positive she is a Liar.

Now, assuming I made her write all these handwritten statements out, then WHY did she just not Flee from me, or call Police ??
Nope, on her own free will, at the time, she chose to drive by herself to my attorneys office, instead of to the Police!

She is a Nurse, an LPN.
But she is on Disability for Mental Conditions ! .(I do not feel comfortable, at this time, posting the evidence I have in my posession 12 - 4 - 09)
I feel comfortable now 12 - 23 - 09 since I spoke with my attorney.
Evidently, the Florida Nursing Board does not cross check for nurses on disability for Mental Conditions ?
She has had 3 Nursing jobs in the past 3 years, with not good results. .(I do not feel comfortable, at this time, posting the evidence I have in my posession)
At one job, she told me she was let go because she left a Medication Cart out in front of elderly people.
At another, she actually stuck herself with a needle while giving a jail inmate diabetic a shot!
It is my belief she had a panic attack, or her PTSD/Severe Anxiety kicked in.
I did not want her to go back to work, feeling she was unable to handle the stress anymore of being a Nurse ?
I also have a Notarized Statement of a witness who was also there when she cut her forearm all up with a razor blade. Taxpayers of Hillsborough County, would YOU want a Mentally Ill Nurse, who cuts her arms when something does not go her way, providing Medical Care for YOU ?
Me either, but this clever little lying manipulator found out she could USE the Hillsborough County Criminal Justice System against me, and save herself from a Florida Board Of Nursing Complaint !
A Hillsborough County Restraining Order she fradulently obtained against me Prohibits Me from any Third Party Contact!
Can you BELIEVE this ?
The Hillsborough County Deputy was very nice to me, as were ALL the Hillsborough County Deputys I encountered during my "adventure" through the legal system.
Many privately admitted to me "You got screwed" by a Bad Law!
I was advised the Nursing Board Information will get me put back in Hillsborough County Jail as "Third Party Contact".
I am prohibited from ANY third party contact with her at all.
So,, IF the Nursing Board of Florida should act on my notarized information, and contact her to protect the health and rights of sick people in Florida from a Hillsborough County Florida Nurse on Disability for her many mental health issues, I will go to Hillsborough County Jail !!
This recent aggravated stalking appeals court ruling shows I may be able to file my nursing board complaint after all
I have a plan !
I plan to get back in front of Hillsborough County Judge Christine Vogel who originally issued the restraining order, and make her aware of all the facts!
I will go to the Hillsborough County News Media, if I must.
I hope to finally get justice, and I still have faith in our legal system.
I hope this restraining order blog, and the sharing of MY story, may strike a chord of outrage in others who have been victimized by these unfair laws ?
As of this writing, 10 - 20 - 2009, I have been out of Hillsborough County Jail about a Month.
I have met 3 different women, 2 of whom I liked, and they also liked me.
Unfortunately, In Hillsborough County Florida, anything you have been arrested for in the past 15 years is easily obtained from the sheriffs website !
It dont matter if you were convicted, or not!
All prospective new partners see is what LOOKS like a violent criminal.
After all, many people mistakenly believe "If he was Arrested for it, he must have done it".
And so, it makes it difficult, if not completely impossible, to start a new, healthier relationship, with someone else in Hillsborough County Florida.
Thank GOD I have my own business and home, or I could not even find a job, nor a place to rent, because of the information on that website!
Much less find another relationship!

I am currently on 3 years Probation, forced to plead guilty to violating a restraining order, to avoid financial ruin.
ALL the stalking charges were dropped, and rightfully so!
I am court ordered to complete BOTH anger management and domestic violence classes, that can be up to 26 weeks, Each!
They cost 40 to 50 dollars a class !
Just the loss of one to two evenings a week will cost me plenty, as this is the only time I use to contact my potential customers, to sell jobs!
I also got the "privliege" of having my Hillsborough County Florida Probation Officer {A Nice Guy, BTW}, drop in on me unannounced at 11.30 pm a few evenings ago!
He had to verify where I lived, and was just doing his job.
He was quite nice and professional, and after he did his job, we talked about Football, and I got a chance to show off the 73 inch TV I just bought!
I told him to stop over anytime, for I have nothing to hide.
The "crimes" started out as Felonys, though I pled guilty to charges that were reduced to only Misdemeanors.
Because the charges started out as Felonys, and were then reduced to Misdemeanors, I have to have my Probation supervised by the same agency that supervises Felons!
I must submit to random drug testing, and can't even leave the county w/o telling Hillsborough County Florida Probation.
Welcome to my world.
It is my opinion there is something wrong with a system that will alllow a woman to LIE in court, and hands out restraining orders, just for the asking !
I understand there are some women beaters out there, and the noble but often misguided attempts by the Government and Local Police in Hillsborough County Florida to protect Women from these creeps.
It is also my opinion that the MINUTE the Court/Police has reason to believe that the woman who HAS the restraining order against you is having ANY contact with YOU at all, that restraining order should be null and void, on the spot!
How can the Police/Courts in Hillsborough County Florida on one hand accept the womans word she is "scared" of you, and put a restraining order in place against you, when she is demonstrating otherwise by contacting/living with you ?
It is also my opinion that these one sided and unfair Hillsborough County Florida Restraining Order Laws will someday be found to be Unconstitutional.
